Delivery is on the terms set out in our delivery policy and incorporated into these Conditions.
We ship all orders via USPS.
Orders will be filled as promptly as possible. Most orders will be processed in 2-3 business days. Some items will be shipped separately and may take longer.
USPS Priority can take 2 to 4 days from the date of shipment (2 to 3 days from the order date).
USPS Priority Express Next day to 2 days from the date of shipment (2 to 3 days from the order date) Please allow additional shipping time for Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. We currently do not ship outside the United States.
Payment must be paid in full, after which orders will be dispatched. This will also include special fees or billing charges, shipping taxes, and more that may be relevant.
We reserve the right to refuse any orders you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserved the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
The Bear Rock Adventure Store attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, the Bear Rock Adventure Store does not warrant that product descriptions and website content are accurate, free of errors, complete, or current. If any product ordered from the Bear Rock Adventure store that you receive is not described as shown on the Bear Rock Adventure Store, it can be returned - unused - as described in our returns policy.

We understand that not every purchase works out and we want you to love what you ordered.
We accept the return of items with original tags still attached and in unworn, unaltered condition within 30 days of in-store purchase or within 30 days of a shipped item's delivery date.
For your convenience, purchases can be returned in person at our main retail location, or if ordered online please call for a return shipping label. 866-663-9777.
A small fee of $7.95 will be charged from your return shipping label. Credit will be issued upon approval of return.
All returns require a valid proof of purchase in the form of an original store receipt or order number.
Returns accompanied by a gift receipt will be returned as a merchandise credit.
Items will not be accepted for return if worn, washed, torn, or any form of use at Bear Rock Adventures Inc.'s discretion.
We will credit your original form of payment or a gift card will be issued via email. Please note: Original shipping/handling fees are not refunded when returning an item.
Discounted or Sale items transactions are FINAL SALES, and not eligible for return.
